You want to come and ride with us in the Pyrenees, the Lozere or the Lozerien Bis but you don't want to drive all the way there and back. The solution is simple - get our man in the UK, John Hall to deliver your bike, while you take a low cost flight. In the process you save yourself time and very possibly money.

A lifelong motorcycle rider, John has many years experience offering assistance to UK riders on African rallies. He is utterly dependable and totally reliable. He is also very reasonably priced. For £150 he will take your bike and luggage from his premises near Maidstone to either St Palais (for the Pyrenees) or Mende (for the Lozere or the Lozerien Bis) and bring them back again, leaving you free to let the plane take the strain. For an additional fee he can also offer a door-to-door service to your own home or place of work.

In terms of flights, for the Pyrenees your best bet would be to fly into Biarritz, from where we organise a minibus to take you all to the hotel. For the Lozere or the Lozerien Bis there are numerous possibilities, including Montpelier and Nimes, but the closest airport to Mende is Rodez, about an hour away from the hotel. The number of flights and airports seems to be increasing on a daily basis, but for example, Ryan Air (www.ryanair.com) offer flights from Standstead to both Biarritz and Rodez.
