RESERVING A PLACE / CONDITIONS OF PAYMENT: Places are allocated on a 'first come first served' basis with a place being reserved on receipt of a non-refundable deposit cheque for £150.00 accompanied by a completed enrolment form. On receipt of the deposit cheque and completed enrolment form you will be sent confirmation and details of the rendez vous point etc. The balance (£280 for the Normandie, Tour du Morvan & Trefle du Morvan , £310 for the Pyrenees & Lozere) must be paid two months before the start date. In the case where the holiday is already fully booked your £150.00 deposit cheque will be returned immediately. In the case where you are unable to make the rendez vous point due to transport strikes, bad weather etc no refund will be made. Sport Adventure reserves the right to cancel at any time prior to the start of the holiday, in which case a full refund of monies paid to Sport Adventure will be refunded, but no liability will be accepted for any other costs incurred.

THE SPORT ADVENTURE / RIDERS CHARTER
1.
I understand that I'm taking part in a trail ride that can in no way be
considered a race and which has no notion of competition.
2.
I am fully aware that I am riding on public tracks open to and regularly used by
others - children, walkers, horse riders, other off-road motorcycle riders,
mountain bikers, 4x4s and tractors - and undertake to ride in such a way as to
not endanger their safety.
3.
I will never take a corner without assuming that there is somebody around the
other-side.
4.
When riding through towns and villages I will respect all local speed limits.
5.
When riding past others or going past houses, while on tracks, I will slow down
to walking pace.
6.
When I met horse riders coming the other way I will stop and cut my engine.
7.
I will stay on the indicated route and not ride across fields or off the track.
8.
I will refrain from pulling wheelies or any other type of stunt riding on tarmac
roads.
9. I
will make sure that my motorcycle is properly silenced, road registered, insured
and taxed and that my number plate is legible and of a
leGAL size.
10.
I will carry my passport, insurance certificate and log book on me at all times.
11.
In hotels and bars I will be polite and courteous.
12.
I have a valid EHIC card entitling me to free medical treatment in France.
I
understand that if I do not abide by the above charter I may be asked to leave
the holiday without a refund and will be excluded from participating in any
future Sport Adventure activities.
